The facilities at The Hill consist of The Gazebo, which is a wonderful outdoor unit, perfect for smaller private parties or a hub for larger gatherings. The Gazebo has a kitchen prep area with a refrigerator and a larger seating area. Rent The Gazebo and use the large yard that surrounds it for wedding receptions, anniversary parties, birthday parties or family reunions.

The Bunkhouse at The Hill can be broken down into The Loft and The Cottage. The Loft can house up to 13 people comfortably. The cozy living room is a great place to gather your friends or family for a card game or just to visit and enjoy the warm fire.

The Cottage is the smaller of the two Bunkhouse units. It will house 2-6 people comfortably. It has one bedroom, a kitchenette and living area. Its central location is perfect for utilizing all of The Hill has to offer.

Finally, we have the Motel and Laundromat. The Motel consists of 4 units and 1 we call The Apartment. Motel rooms 1 & 3 house up to 4 people on 2 double beds. Motel room 3 houses up to 4 people on single beds. Motel room 4 consists of 3 single beds and The Apartment is a 2 bedroom unit with a kitchen and living area. It will house up to 6 people.

The Laundromat has front loading washers, driers, an extractor and folding table. It also houses a coin operated shower for those who prefer to "rough it" in the woods.
